Richard Inserro is a South Orange, New Jersey-based data office executive with experience developing data governance programs and policies, as well as organizational models and control frameworks for bank and industrial clients. As managing partner of Ridgeline Data, he draws upon more than 25 years of relevant experience to advise corporations on best practices to ensure maximum value from data assets. Richard Inserro founded the management consulting firm in 2018. Before that, he spent 18 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), culminating in the role as partner, financial services.

Among other accomplishments at PwC, he helped a prominent bank client optimize capital planning and risk management via the creation of a data architectures and repositories. His clients used this to model EAD, LGD, and PD factors for credit cards, small business loans, mortgages, and home equity lines. He also helped global banks address regulatory and compliance issues by building frameworks and systems to aggregate and analyze millions of financial transactions from global banking systems.

Mr. Inserro has additional data management experience at BearingPoint and Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation. He holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from Baruch College at City University of New York.
